Hello, I'm VOOMZ. [artist/composer/curious explorer]
I have a deep love for exploring the wonders of reality and our human potential.
I am very much in awe of the powers within the breath, and it has become a foundation within all the work I do.
In this workshop, you will experience a depth within your biology unfurling through one of my favorite techniques from SOMA Breath, as well as some interesting insights into what's happening within us, around us, and above us.
You will find my work also weaves in abstract poetics or wording that may feel like a suggestion of truth.
But the truth is - only you know what is true for you. And no one can tell you what reality is.
I'm simply here to share metaphorical dreams that bring expansion to our awareness, shine a light on possibility, and allow you to ask your own questions.
I merge concepts with tangible tools for high purpose and deep care, proposing that we are incredibly powerful beings.
No level of distraction, distortion, and manipulation from our modern world can take you from the birthright of knowing that power and creating great things on this planet from that power.
This workshop is an ecosystem reclamation. A choice to slow down and pause... to catch your breath and USE your breath, mind, & body the way nature intended. Grounded in real science and backed by revealing studies at Cambridge University.
There is nothing abstract about that. You are designed to bloom and flourish. And if you understand your own patterning and bloom cycles, you can more easily support yourself, trust yourself, know when to ride vs when to rest, let go of what is outside of your control, and most importantly feel good and free in your mind and body.
